Its ladder perc restrictions create bubbler chambers that wash and filter smoke as it climbs the pipe, and its upper chamber and angled mouthpiece function as splashguards. The Upline® Water Pipe comes ready to use with a 14.5mm Octobowl and works best with approximately 1" of water.
