At Smoke Cartel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, any item that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent breakage during transit and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
